The secret behind this is to move in a rough square (or sometimes octagonal) pattern around Raiko!

I didn't think this strat would be viable at first, since the bullets are a little random, but it turned out to be quite easy with some practice, I even managed to time it down like this a couple times in a row in the end. You can easily break out of the pattern too (useful in order to finish it off with weak shots like SakuyaB, perhaps), and I've never had impossible RNG happen, with boss movements or anything.
