Briefing: After the Berlin conference in 1884, Europe divided up Africa to suit the needs of their empires. Naturally this hasn't gone over well with the native inhabitants.

As Cecil Rhodes, an immigrant who calls Africa home, you think that a grand railroad can bring 'civilization' to Africa. Africa can become an empire unto itself, with you as its leader.

You must attempt to connect Cape Town to Cairo and haul at least 8 loads of cargo between them by the end ppf 1930. For a silver win, complete the task by the end pf 1916. For a gold win, do it by the end of 1902.
