After rescuing 3 at Alarka who barely just ran out of water and can't move, I then take over 51 with 52 and caboose at the shops in Dillsboro. Scott is running out of coal at East Whittier but is able to make a few last moves and a trip to Whittier before he takes over 42 at East Sylva.
After I set up the passenger runs and return 41 to the coal mine back from his Alarka resuce. Everything starts on time at 7am. I'll continue to take on dispatch duties with meets of passengers at Ela, as well as another meet between passenger and Scott at Whittier.
With 51 I continue to assemble the 1st of at least 2 interchange drop-offs at Sylva Interchange. We also managed to pay off our current loan this morning avoiding any interest with 2 days to spare. The next couple of days we will simply have cash to work with until making another major load on day 30.
With 51 assembled we manage to get to Dillsboro Yard to double down our train in time to tuck in and wait for the eastbound passenger. I manage to get a few moves in before the session is complete.
