Here you can see massive difference in DPS given by Raiments' 6-piece bonus: 1st part of the fight with the Rift Guardian, i don't use it (by not performing no dashing strike), 2nd part of the fight i start to use it, after which the Guardian does not survive any longer.

Sometimes that huge DPS bonus somehow gets disabled, though. It seems that to prevent that, one can remove one of set pieces (put it into inventory) and then equip it back - AFTER entering a rift.
