I felt like this mission was a bit sloppy. I lost a couple people, and the plan didn't go off entirely like I wanted to due to a couple of teammates getting stuck on a ladder. Luckily the endscreen said only one operator was KIA so perhaps the rest were wounded. We'll have to see when I start Mission 4.
You have to be frickin fast on the reflexes and lucky enough to have the crosshair close to the enemy when you sight them or else you're toast. Its a bit easier to be accurate on the PC version. Luckily Rogue Spear on DC supports mouse and keyboard so we'll see how that pans out.
