I am unsure if this is only specifically with Buck, but I've only tried to replicate it with Buck.

1. Primary currently equipped in hand.
2. Swap to Gadget (Shotgun Under-barrel)
3. Switch back to primary
4. Press "G" to pull out grenade
5. Immediately cancel grenade throw by switching to primary
6. Prone
7. Throw drone/Swap to drone mode
Explode

Second attempt in different order
1. Primary currently equipped in hand
2. Press "G" to pull out grenade
3. Cancel grenade throw by switching to primary.
4. Swap to Gadget (Shotgun Under-barrel)
5. Immediately switch back to primary
6. Prone
7. Switch to drone/throw drone
Explode

You should normally be able to cancel the grenade cooking process by switching weapons. This glitch acts as if it was still being cooked within my hand.
