Well that broke my heart.

I quite enjoyed Rakuen. It managed to be light-hearted well, and towards the end when it decided to be emotional, it did it hard, and well. I thought I would have found the additional twist of the knife emotionally manipulative, but it didn't stop me from crying twice as hard as I would have normally.

What a garbage choice from the father though. Gonna have to agree with the Boy on that one.

Quite a bit longer than I expected, but I never felt like it dragged. I'd recommend this game quite highly (although remember to unplug ALL weird controllers that you have [like my Wii sensor bar] so you don't get control issues).
