This is me removing a Ford f250 front 3rd member from a lifted truck.

I broke the axle and this is how you have to get it out to replace.
This is the first time ever doing this but it was easy.

I never got the money for the 1 ton axles to replace these they are around $1,300 for a set of them I use the truck in the winter to get myself and my family firewood Not sure what I am going to do this year.

If we buy the fire wood it's around $60 for a small thrown in load of a short bed truck, it's high. And some winters we can burn that in about 3 days. That's like $600 a month vs $30 if I cut it and haul it myself.

I broke the axle pulling a tree top up out of a creek bed

The Truck is
Ford F250 4x4 5 Speed

The Trans is out of a f250 460
The motor is out of a 1989 dodge fire truck it's a 5.9 cummins
The starter is a 94 cummins starter
The flywheel and clutch is a 94 cummins
The truck has a 6'' lift and a 3'' body lift that I made myself.

I made most of the parts to do this swap.

This video was done right out of last winter I am just now uploading.
