I put windows 10 on it and it still does this it is getting worst.

I have done memtest it was clean, no virus or malware, reg is clean no errors, cpu pasted, it is getting power ran a core for the pc it self to run on and I even put in a 1000w psu still locks up.
put in a new graphic card took out the ram and put back in it still freezes.
took out all the ram put one at a time in I didn't see any thing change it still locked up.
I have a new hard drive on the way and it that don't help I will buy a new mobo.
cyberpower is being slow on getting back so I will upload this video to let every one know whats going on.
The mobo is a asrock x99 Extreme 4 3 way sli crossfire lga 2011.
