Giant monsters destroying cities all around USA is a pretty fun game in small doses, and fantastic with two players.
Only problem I got with the game is that it is too long. It got no real variation, just different city layouts. 128 days, one city per day plus some bonus building here and there means that you must spend over 2 hours before you can complete the game, and the game starts over at day one. Luckily you got endless Continues as long as you remember to press the B button after you die.
I guess I should be happy that I didn't play the Arcade version, that game loops five times before it resets back to day one...
