A technically impressive first-person Asteroids variant falls foul of two significant problems: James is in bad form and he repeatedly misses the exit to the first level. Turns out you needed to keep a sharp eye out for the little exit sign! Outer Ridge is a fun technical premise with decent sound and good visuals, but it gets repetitive after a few minutes of play. Despite the griping, it's worth a quick blast for the concept alone.
