Probably the best keyboard-only controlled chess game in DOS history. Chessmaster 2000 is a well-crafted early title in The Software Toolworks' decade-spanning dominance of the genre. Lawnie explores the neat features and menu system before swapping queens with the computer. Solid but dated.
