yep, haven't noticed that much of an difference between using random audio clips to modulate growls and such vs not using them at all (only going with wavetable position and EQ modulations) but still it can be easily noticeable depending on how heavy vocodex settings are and what frequencies are being modulated at the first place and also the sound design can have huge difference on it.

On this i am using some random Ellie Goulding acapella audio sample to modulate it
