Random Run RUSH! rules:
Each new location (entire location including that areas dungeon) will get 4 wheel spins
1 wheel spin may be saved for each location
Any starter monster is allowed
Monsters are used until they die in battle and then must be released and can not be used again unless gotten from a wheel spin
All synthesis is allowed...but once a monster dies its gone and you only will have a limited number of spins which means limited monsters
