Random Thoughts: Helping Autistics Ace Their Job Interview
0Today, there are a growing number of autistic adults in the United States, and so many of them, just like their regular counterparts, are trying desperately to secure a place in the job of their dreams. But there is one major obstacle to that path: the job interview, and it has become all too common for autistics to lose their shot at a job because they were completely thrown off at the interview. For this random thought, I will use my experience from job searching as an autistic to share a few ways that we can help autistics succeed in their job interview and gain employment for the long-term.
