Random Thoughts: Why Jobs Shouldn't Require Degrees or Experience
2Today's job market is one of both the toughest and most competitive we've seen in a long time, and almost every employer is trying to search for new talent that can help give their business a boost. But with many entry-level jobs requiring that are requiring recent college graduates to have prior experience, it may be harder for those graduates to be able to get it so they can go for those jobs, plus the amount of money they have to spend to get a degree puts them in a deeper hole as well. With this topic recently getting renewed attention, I will be explaining for this random thought why some jobs should not be requiring job seekers to get a degree or prior experience to be able to get the job of their dreams.
