Pros and Cons: Home or In-Office Work?
0During the coronavirus pandemic, a lot of employees have utilized their time to conduct their work from home, allowing them more flexibility to get their work done and worry about life at home at a faster rate. But with most restrictions now being lifted, many employers are either asking their employees to return to the office, or are even creating hybrid schedules, and workers that are in an office job may have a tough time deciding which is better. For today, I will be discussing the pros and cons of working at home compared to working at the office and give you some of the reasons why some employees prefer one area of work over the other.
