2015 04-17: In short, at least some characters can input normal attack xx special move motion plus 1+2+3 and thereby cancel the normal into the special only on hit as an ex move. Basically, David attempts to explain something only to get more and more confused and more and more rambley. Sorry.

I hope someone has an easy explanation or that this was already known in MK9 or something. I'd much rather have wasted time on this vid and end up with an explanation than be so in the dark, heh.
