I've mainly played utility/support characters soloQ Ranked since Beta. With the flawed Ranking system, the overall quality of matches are bad in Ranked... BUT with the inclusion of a solo/duoQ ladder at Immortal+ ranks when Act 2 starts in 2021, it's an incentive to get an account back into Immortal to prep. Playing Reyna for the 1st time with no mechanical experience/practice, it took a few games to get used to her kit (and her ult fire rate lol), but it's not difficult to just get 1-2 kills every round and establish map control. It took 15 total games played to go from Plat 3 to Imm 1, the final scoreline being 13 W, 1 Draw, 1 L.

List of things that need to change:
-Running accuracy on rifles needs to be reduced. It's ridiculous how strong it is.
-Nerf stinger. You shouldn't be able to take mid/long range fights with it... (examples of dumb engagements w/ stinger throughout vid)
-Reduce Judge dmg or increase bloom reset time between shots; increase spread when jumping
-Increase Jumping Right Click Classic spread
