rashid hitbox move db to qcf+hp

1someone said they had a problem with rashids hp mixer coming from down back block. So the best way I came up with is to hold down back, then let go of back ( still hold down ) then press foward ( still holding down ) and this will create the downfoward move. Once you get this move LET GO OF DOWN FORWARD and press HP separately and you should get hp mixer. This video is to demonstrate that by dashing up forward to an opponent, then press downback and follow it up with hp mixer. Of course I am not one that does this move so often but with some practice u can see how quickly it can come out. I am pretty sure you can make it come out even faster IF you practice it more.
