Ratchet is playable in Spyro Reignited Trilogy.. with this mod by @TSININY!

Using his model from Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, the titular hero replaces Agent 9, which on a meta level is funny because Agent 9 sort of served as a prototype for what would become the iconic Ratchet & Clank series.

I'm also using the Character Swapper mod in Reignited that allows you to play as any character in any of the three Spyro games, which is why you're seeing Ratchet in levels he's not meant to be in.
