Ravenswatch Early Access review
3With Diablo 4 release coming up in a few months and with my exit from Lost Ark, the MMORPG, I'm trying out different games that I think are up and coming and really fun.
From the makers of Curse of the Dead Gods, Ravenswatch is similarly a roguelite but this time it's based on reimagined fairy tail characters, it's a time-based roguelite where you level up your character, farm items and verse a boss at the end of the run.
Ravenswatch is in early access at the moment so there is limited content in the game. Currently there are 6 unique but familiar characters such as Aladdin, Scarlett the Red Riding Hood and Pied Piper, and there is only 1 map. However, despite there being so little on paper, I was pleasantly surprised when I starting playing the game. Since it is a roguelite, with so many characters and so many different items and specialisations you can build your character into, the game is actually very replayable. Increasing the difficulty level and trying out different character builds have made this game very fun and enjoyable to play.
