Raw vs Motion Blur and Ai vs Ai + Motion Blur

*OBS Recording Settings:
NVIDIA NVENC HEVC w/ CQP 19. (1440p 60fps).*
Raw = Raw recording.
Blur = Raw footage with a motion blur filter.
Ai = Used Ai to convert the footage from 60fps to 240fps by adding frames to the original clip.
Ai + Blur = Ai converted 240fps +added motion blur filter.

Conclusion/Notes:
Raw is a standard on my channel kind of boring.
Smoothness (5/10), (8/10).
Blur loses a small amount of quality but makes the recording smooth. Smoothness (7/10), Quality (6/10).
Ai is nice but took over +10min for a 1440p 60fps (Converted to 1440p 240fps) clip that is about 30 sec and is not very noticeable unless the viewer look carefully.
Smoothness (6/10), Quality (7/10)
Ai + Blur is Suuuper Smooth but lots of Quality loss.
Smoothness (9/10), Quality (4/10).
