You will need 1 perfect Iguana Skin.
The only likely spot you can find one early in the game is at the Islands in Flat Iron Lake, fortunately you can ford it over with your horse from Clemen's Cove, North West of Rhodes in Scarlet Meadows, Lemoyne.
Use a varmint rifle.
It is recommended you have already hunted the Legendary Buck and Crafted the Buck Antler Trinket as this increases your chance of getting a perfect quality pelt.
Return to Pearson at the camp and donate for crafting.
