RDR 2 (no HUD) - Trader: a Local Sale by horse (crashed wagon) (Gaptooth Ridge)
9Local Small Trader Sale in New Austin by horse. I crashed my wagon on a rock... And it turns out the Goods don't get destroyed. You can pick up the Goods bag and then transport it by horse -- though I did get chased by some Del Lobos (not sure if unique to horse deliveries). Medium and Large Wagon Deliviries won't be transportable by 1 horse since I think those will spawn 2 and 3 Goods bags.... but I think you could, in theory, always do Small Deliveries by horse instead of wagon if you wanted -- just by destroying the wagon.
