RDR2 - Completing the Weapon Expert 10 Challenge in Red Dead Redemption 2. You need to kill a grizzly bear using only a throwing knife and take no damage.

The challenge doesn't specify you need to use ordinary throwing knives, so crafting some poison ones make this much easier. Buy the pamphlet from a fence if necessary. The area north west of Wallace Station is excellent for encountering grizzlies. If you can hit it with a poison knife, it'll usually stop charging you and a couple more should be enough to kill it.
