RDR2 - Completing the Sharpshooter 9 Challenge in Red Dead Redemption 2, which requires you to shoot the hats off of 3 people during 1 deadeye.

Saloons and card games are good for this since you need three people wearing hats close together. I did it in Van Horn, which means no wanted level, but a lot of hostiles. Using something to fortify your deadeye level beforehand to make this one even easier.
