FURTHER EXPLANATION: The mandatory testing and grocery delivery basically became taken advantage of by local authorities. Citizens are forced to pay for these two things, and they realize they could generate massive amounts of profit from it. Coke was recently marked up to 500% because of the scarcity that was generated. $2 per citizen daily for Shanghai = 1 billion dollars in around 20 days. That's also why there is fighting between local and federal governments. Every day a province stays in lockdown, millions of dollars in profit is generated. They took advantage of a international crisis and made money out of it. Sound familiar?
