We’re stepping back in time with #ResidentEvil4 OG — but this isn’t the game you remember. The RE4 Medieval Era Mod by the insanely talented Hevilz is a TOTAL CONVERSION, throwing Leon and company into a brutal medieval nightmare.

This mod doesn’t just reskin the game — it changes everything. From enemy designs to environments, it feels like a completely new survival horror experience. Sure, it’s kaizo-hard and will probably break me 😅 , but you’ve gotta admire the work that went into this masterpiece.
