I hesitate to call this a glitch because it's just breaking the lock off with a grenade instead of Sheva's kick, but either way it's AWESOME. =D I'm not sure what the fastest time is to save Sheva, but this glitch saves 52 seconds on my personal best. o_O The grenade is a LITTLE tricky to aim, but it isn't too bad once you get the hang of it.
