RE8 - Castle Dimitrescu - Collectibles (And miscellaneous trophies)
61This guide will cover all Files, Goats, Recipes, Outhouses, Windows, Weapon Parts, Treasure Maps and solutions, and miscellaneous trophies along the way (I will note as much as I can). This is for the section Castle Dimitrescu. Note that common items are not covered as that would just be too much :)
0:00 - File 09 - Guest Book - As soon as you enter the Castle, look on the left table
0:34 - File 10 - The Labyrinths - Side merchant room on the 1st floor, on the table inside
0:59 - Key Items (Maroon Eye Ring + Maroon Eye) - Automatically during the story. Inspect to pull out the Maroon Eye
1:20 - File 11 - Winemaking History - 2F, Wine Room at the table
1:43 - File 12 - A Maid’s Diary - After the Red Eye Orb doors you will end up in the basement, so check the nerby table there
2:05 - File 13, 14 (Treatment Candidates & Observation Report) - B1, Chamber of Solace, go straight until you hit the end, check the room to the right, then go left and straight through the door into the next one
2:33 - 1st Sister fight and File 15 (A Cook’s Diary) - 1F, Kitchen, check the shelf next to the bucket
3:44 - Key Item (Sanguis Virginis) - 1F, Kitchen, next to previous file
4:04 - Weapon Part 01 (LEMI Recoil Compensator) - 1F, Kitchen, right room from the kitched (Equip for Gunsmith Trophy)
4:42 - Key Item (Courtyard Key) - 2F, Wine Room, use Sanguis Virginis back in the Wine Room
5:17 - Map (Castle Map Main) - 2F, Hall of Ablution, you will end up here from the courtyard
6:03 - Puzzle with Statues
6:36 - Goat 05 - B1, Basement, after climbing down the ladder, in front of you
6:57 - File 16 (Alcina Dimitrescu’s Diary) - F2, Dimitrescu’s Chambers, when you enter the room where Lady Dimitresu talked on the phone, check the couch
7:21 - Key Item (Dimitrescu's Key) - F2, Dimitrescu’s Chambers, same room as previous file, hanging on the wall
7:30 - Key Item (Mask of Sorrow) - B2, Hall of Sorrow, automatic story pick-up
8:10 - Map (Castle Map Annex) - 1F, Opera Hall (Stairway), get here from the courtyard using Dimitrescu's key
8:28 - File 17 (Grand Chambermaid’s Notice) - 2F, Opera Hall, in front of you when you climb up
8:47 - File 18 (Further Observations) - 2F, Opera Hall, in the room next to the previous one, at the end of the hallway
9:23 - Labyrinth Item 01 (Flower Swords Ball) - 2F, Opera Hall, left end of the hallway. We will use this a bit later in this section
9:36 - File 19 (Insect Observations Journal) - 1F, Opera Hall, next to the piano on the small time
9:59 - Key Item (Iron Insignia Key) - 1F, Opera Hall, Automatically after playing the piano
10:16 - Key Item (Mask of Joy) - 2F, Hall of Joy, return to 2nd floor and enter the Library with the Iron Insignia Key, beat sister and pick this up
10:46 - 5 Bells Puzzle
11:56 - Goat 06 - RF, Attic, after bells room and climbing the ladders, check behing you
12:37 - Treasure Map 01 - RF, Attic, middle table in the room. Solution covered a bit later in this section
13:08 - File 20 (Rumors of a Dagger) - RF, Attic, end room in the attic
13:24 - Weapon 03 (F2 Rifle) - RF, Attic, before you leave the attic, sitting on a chair
13:37 - Key Item (Mask of Rage) - RF, Tower of Rage, after you slide down it will be in front of you
13:51 - Key Items (Animal Skull & Mask of Pleasure) 2F, Armory & Hall of Pleasure, You need to go to Dressing Room hallway and use Dimitrescu's Key to enter the Armory. Beat the final sister, take and inspect skull and replace for Mask
14:35 - Silver Ring - 2F, Hall of Pleasure
14:49 - Get the Ball Rolling Trophy - Merchant Room, before using all 4 masks
16:07 - Repairer Trophy (Treasure 01 Location) - Reach Hall of Pleasure 2F, solve the puzzle (use GUN instead of pushing :)), combine Azure Eye with Silver Ring, before using all 4 masks
19:44 - Hooligan Trophy (Destroy 19 windows in Castle) - Do this before placing the 4 masks to exit the Castle
22:58 - Lady Dimitrescu fight - Place 4 masks to exit the Castle and you will fight her
