Chinese indie studio Leenzee Games has announced WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, a Souls-inspired action role-playing game for next-gen consoles and PC. Set in the Ming Dynasty, the game is being published by Billibilli โ€“ the publisher behind F.I.S.T.: Forged in Shadow Torch. Specific platforms have yet to be announced. Leenzee released 18 minutes of pre-alpha footage.

In WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, emperor Chongzhen commits suicide, resulting in chaos that sees warlords fighting for power. In the midst of this, a weird event transpires that changes peopleโ€™s appearances and behaviors, with feathers growing on their bodies. Fighting their way through Ming Dynasty towns and villages, players must uncover the truth behind these mysterious transformations.
