Bioethics includes rules of conduct that may be used to regulate our activities in relation to the biological world. In case \( \mathrm{X} \), a company ' \( \mathrm{C} \) ' got patent rights on an indigenous plant Zanthoxylum chalybeum through the Patent and Trademark office. This allowed the company to use it in it's medicinal preparation and sell it commercially. It was a transgenic plant developed in India. To claim the right on the plant, organisation 'A' came forward. In case Y, country 'M' used 5000 bombs filled with Bacillus anthracis to cause anthrax to livestock exported to neighbouring countries.
