With Spring in full bloom, it felt like a good time to read another colorful Elmer book. This is "Elmer and the Rainbow" by David McKee.

Elmer and the other animals noticed that a colorless rainbow appeared after a storm. Why didn't it have any colors? They decided to check it out and try to restore its colors.
