Visual Description: The left side of the screen shows text that is being read and/or referred to. For the bulk of the video this is The Fourteenth Amendment as transcribed on the Constitution Annotated website. At the end of the video a Works Cited page is displayed. On the right side of the screen there is webcam footage of the woman reading. She has brown hair worn loose, brown eyes, and blue-rimmed eyeglasses that help her to see. A pair of headphones adorned with a cloth handkerchief are situated on her head. There is a neutral green screen behind her, and she's surrounded by a wooden picture frame, which helps to separate her from other elements on screen. A photograph of a field of dandelions has been used as an overall background image, filling in any blank spots on-screen, as well as providing consistent branding.

Description: Given the current political state in the United States, I decided that it would be a good idea to do a reading video of the Fourteenth Amendment. To be perfectly blunt, I wonder if some of the people advocating against it simply don't remember the actual text of the Amendment, and so I wanted to take the time to refresh people's memory. Take care.
