Here we have a free Tunnel-Runner Indie Game, in which you run through 4 parts of stages on each level. And on each level, you get closer to the brain (a nice little detail if you ask me). This is one of the games that shows that sometimes less is more.
It's a nice challenging game (considering I couldn't play the fast part since it's pay to unlock) with great music and responsive controls (only left+right :p). You can 'grind' the wall if you want, which is a nice detail and could be added as an achievement in the future.
Overall, a pass. A free game that doesn't bother you and gives you a couple of minutes of free time.
