The Longing is a very interesting idle game, in which you play as the last shade born before King Cavern decides to rest for 400 days. The King has decided that you must wake him in 400 days so that he can gather his strength back. What makes this game unique is that it is a point and click adventure, that has the elements of an idle game. So even if you are not playing the game it still counts down the time.
The game is a little slow at first, and although the shade moves slow, moving through the cave is quite fun and interesting. I am going to continue to play this as I am interested in what happens with the shade.
