Develop a redstone automation circuit to start dispensing seeds and apples when below 20% and stop when the inventories are above 80%. Install the circuits on the industrial squeezer and fermenter.

What was done:
- design a circuit to turn on below and turn of above a value
- test the circuit with various levels
- install the circuit in the machine rooms
- test to ensure the correct behaviour
