What do interactive murder mysteries, civil war re-enactments, and behavioral social science experiments have in common? All of them are alternate reality games (ARGs) and all of them are really difficult to organize and play. You have to pass out roles and instructions, notify people when events happen, and keep track of user actions—it’s a mess.

Real World is a platform for creating and playing ARGs. With our Game Builder, users can create ARG templates that handle all the setup, instruction and event delegation. Players can receive their role details and start or enter a game instantly, via their mobile phones. Real World allows for ARGs to be played anytime, and anywhere.
