A good build. The idea of this build is to transfer conditions to enemies. A couple of the skills grabbed transfers conditions to one or more enemies along with spreading them to other enemies within a large radius. The weapons offer great condition damage and condition transfer. The traits that helped this build were increased condition duration, scepter enhanced, condition transfer, boon conversion, marks unblockable, shouts enhanced, and reaper/shroud enhanced.
