The Cebrin Goodman Teen Institute (CGTI) is a youth leadership program sponsored by Illinois Association for Behavioral Health (IABH). CGTI holds two main conferences, a 5-day conference in July and the Mid-Year conference held in January. It is an award-winning program that offers opportunities for teens around the state to learn about leadership, healthy choices and working with others to create better communities.
