Part 1 - The Granite Steps
Welcome to a game called ReCore. This is an older one that's been sitting on my shelf for years, but we are finally tackling it today. This is a post apocalyptic journey where we take control of Joule, an adventurer with a robot dog names Mack. This first episode we learn the basics, controls, and extracting cores from enemy robots, to put them into our own. Hence the name ReCore. We take on the Granite steps and make our way through the first tutorial level, and grab our first prismatic core from a boss. We make it to our abandoned crawler, which will serve as our home base, and decide to take a break here. We will continue and explore the wastelands of Far Eden, next time.
