The continuation of my Milan campaign in the mod Meiou and Taxes for EU4. In this play through I aim to recreate the Italian Empire as it was during its height in the 1940s under Mussolini.

This includes all of present day Italy along with parts of the Balkans and Greece. Italy also owned modern day Tunisia, parts of Egypt, Libya, and the horn of Africa, and historically Ethiopia but presently parts of Sudan, Eritrea, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Somalia. I will need to consolidate my rule over Milan and expand throughout Italy, being careful not to upset the balance of power before I form Italy! Then I will look to form a colonial nation in North Africa and Eastern Africa as I add the colonies that Italy controlled.
