This is the 5th Soviet mission (Suppression) of the fan made Campaign by Concolor1, Re-Engagements. Last time we got a lucky MCV and this time we replayed the mission the way it was supposed to be played. Still the mission wasn't hard since the Blue AI was sending only infantry and didn't activate the Weather Control when it was ready.
