Some work on civilian structures. Many of them will have arctic versions that will be usable in a future Yuri campaign.

All civilian structure garrisoning has adapted to match their size so that the number of pips corresponds to the length of the structure.

Damage pass-through has already been implemented in-game, meaning that when shooting at structures a small amount of the damage can randomly hit the structure occupiers.
