Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge: Apocalypse mod build 6.6 - Power level adjustments explained
Power levels have been re-adjusted in the game to better reflect power plant capacity and power demands, considering the power bar fill-up.
RA2YR Power scaling is logarithmic, so a good balance is pretty hard to find, but I found something that fits perfectly with the power bar.
Most of the power production/demand remans proportional to the original with only small adjustments.
All 3 factions can reach the completion of the battlelabs with only one main power plant (and the emergency generator in the case of the Allies).
If you build additional structures like defenses, shipyards or auxiliary you will need more than one basic power plant.
Construction time for all 3 basic power plants is the same for all factions, even if the cost and power output are different, considering the original Allies-Soviets logic.
The AI has also been adjusted to build the top tier power plants when needed instead of the basic ones.
