This mod was inspired by the earlier Command & Conquer games. It all began with a simple question : "what if the Soviet won against the Allied in Europe?"
The mod oncentrates on the Cold War between the USSR and the United States. Allies in the new Mod include the United States, the European Union and The Pacific Shogunate (The empire of the rising sun).
On the soviet side we have USSR as the main leader, China and The Eastern Republic.
