Sheriff Glitch:
Save BEFORE You grab the gold bar (1 backup save and one save you want to overwrite).

Grab the Gold Bar and BEFORE the notification pops you want to pause the game, overwrite your top save and load that immediately.

Go back to the office and now you should be able to grab the gold bar endlessly (until you cap at 30). Otherwise try again by loading your backup save.

Sell your bars at the Fence and go back to the gold bar location. Now you have to do the save and load tactic AGAIN.

Statues tactic:
Save before you grab the gold bars.

Grab the first gold bar and pause when the notification pops up. Save top save and load that immediately.

Now you got the gold bar, but it's still at the location.

(if you are able to grab 3 gold bars with holding square (PS4) or Y (XBOX) then you want to pause at the notification of the third bar then save and load that immediately).
