Red Dead Online has evolved and changed greatly over its 3+ years of existence. As a result, just jumping into the game blind could prove difficult for many new players. There are a TON of things to do: icons are littered across the map, text of some kind will pop up on your screen every 10 seconds, and there's about 50 different menus, submenus and modes to play at any given time.

While I tried to cover all the basics in my initial Beginner Guide video, we also went over a lot of material in a relatively short amount of time. This Beginner Tips video is intended to be a follow up. In case you had any trouble getting over that initial, beginning "hump" of Red Dead Online, I've outlined 8 tips that should help you complete tasks a bit quicker, and make the overall experience easier. Also, these tips remain helpful whether you've only played 5 hours of the game, or 50. Enjoy!
