This video is yet another attempt to open up gaming community eyes regarding NVIDIA PhysX and it's requirement to use GeForce card to hardware accelerate it.
This video is demonstrating environment destruction using only CPU based physics, based on Havok physics engine. Now i am aware that GeoMod 2.0 engine is not perfect, but you'll see it's damn near perfection. And you don't need an extra graphic card to enjoy it. All you need is CPU that you already have.

Highlights:
- large number of physics affected debris after explosion
- falling pieces that damage structure even further
- structure integrity failure and complete collapse

I'm a big fan of GeoMod 1.0. It was way ahead of it's time back in 2001. With GeoMod 2.0 engine, Volition and THQ have set a new standard for advanced physics used in environment manipulation. I'm really wondering how come developers don't have enough balls to use GeoMod (or similar in-house build tech) for every game. Imagine all the possibilities during gameplay. And the fun! I could demolish buildings for hours, it's so damn fun!
